To initiate a return, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. You can then request a credit note, an exchange or a refund. Once this period has elapsed, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In the case of a subscription, the right of withdrawal applies only after receipt of the first box in the subscription. Therefore, in the case of an annual subscription with a 12-month commitment, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal during the course of your subscription.
