How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 7 months ago

To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service department via our contact form. 

• The cancellation request must be made before your subscription is renewed on the 1st of the month. Our teams are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm, except on public holidays.  
• If you have a subscription subject to a commitment, such as an Annual subscription with a 12-month commitment, you can cancel it at the end of your commitment.
