How do I activate my gift subscription?Updated 7 months ago

To activate your gift subscription, please follow the procedure below: 

• Go to our website, in the “I activate my gift card” tab, 
• Select the subscription duration corresponding to your gift subscription,
• Choose your jewelry preferences and add the gift subscription to your basket, 
• In your shopping cart, enter the gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” tab in the “Billing and payment” section, 
• If the gift card code has been correctly applied, the amount in your basket will automatically change to 0€,
• Enter your bank details even if the basket amount is 0€. But rest assured, gift subscriptions are non-renewable and end automatically once all the boxes relating to the subscription have been received. Our subscription module requires bank details to start a subscription.

Once the subscription has been activated, the first box the recipient receives will be the box for the month in which the gift subscription was activated. Please note that if you already have a subscription, you'll need to wait until the end of your current subscription before activating your gift subscription, so as not to receive a duplicate box.
