How can I change the delivery address during my subscription?Updated 7 months ago
Here's how to change your delivery address from your customer area:
- Log in to your customer area,
- Click on “Manage my subscription”,
- Access the “Delivery and billing addresses” section,
- Click on “Add”,
- Enter a new address and check the information before clicking “Next”,
- Select a default “Payment method” for this new address,
- Click on “Add a new delivery address”,
- Return to the “Your subscription” section,
- Choose the subscription you wish to modify,
- Select the “Delivery & Billing” section,
- Choose the address you've just added from the list by clicking on “Use this delivery address and payment method”,
- Check that the new address appears as the default delivery address in the “Delivery & Billing” section,
- If you encounter any problems, please contact us with a screenshot of the error message.
Please note: for your new address to be taken into account for your next Box, you must change it before the 1st of the month.
