How can I change the delivery address during my subscription?Updated 7 months ago

Here's how to change your delivery address from your customer area: 

  • Log in to your customer area,
  • Click on “Manage my subscription”,
  • Access the “Delivery and billing addresses” section, 
  • Click on “Add”, 
  • Enter a new address and check the information before clicking “Next”, 
  • Select a default “Payment method” for this new address, 
  • Click on “Add a new delivery address”, 
  • Return to the “Your subscription” section, 
  • Choose the subscription you wish to modify, 
  • Select the “Delivery & Billing” section, 
  • Choose the address you've just added from the list by clicking on “Use this delivery address and payment method”, 
  • Check that the new address appears as the default delivery address in the “Delivery & Billing” section, 
  • If you encounter any problems, please contact us with a screenshot of the error message.

Please note: for your new address to be taken into account for your next Box, you must change it before the 1st of the month.
