How can I change my jewelry preferences during the subscription period?Updated 7 months ago

You can change your preferences at any time by following these steps: 

• Log in to your customer account,
• Click on “Manage my subscription”,
• Select “Your subscription” from the menu,
• Choose the subscription you wish to modify,
• Click on your current preferences to open a window,
• Select your new preferences from the drop-down menu. 

Be sure to make these changes before the 1st of the month so that they apply to the following month's box.
